Delivery Policy
Ginko delivers digital work only. There are no physical shipments. Delivery depends on whether you buy through a marketplace or commission custom production.
Digital-only delivery
All products and custom work are delivered as digital files, download links, marketplace downloads, previews, documentation, implementation notes, or handoff notes. Shipping addresses, shipping fees, customs, and physical delivery do not apply.
Ready-made store products
When a store page links to a third-party marketplace, the marketplace controls checkout, account delivery, download access, receipts, and product library behavior. Ginko pages focus on preview, compatibility context, support, and product proof.
Custom production handoff
Final delivery may include image files, UI elements, icons, textures, configuration files, source exports, documentation, version notes, implementation notes, media previews, dependency notes, and alt/caption notes when included in scope.
Production windows and delays
Production windows depend on brief quality, revision speed, asset count, dependency clarity, platform constraints, file format needs, marketplace constraints, and client response time. Missing references or changed scope can move the delivery window.
What is not included by default
Physical shipping, server hosting, unlimited revisions, unlimited support, new feature production, editable source files, reusable templates, and private workflow files are not included unless explicitly agreed.
File access and expiry
Download links and shared folders may expire or be cleaned up after a reasonable support period. Clients should keep delivered files backed up and contact Ginko with enough context if access is lost.
Post-delivery support
Support covers access issues, missing files, obvious export problems, and in-scope clarification. New screens, new plugin versions, extra formats, or changed requirements may be treated as additional work.
Owner review and acceptance
Clients should review delivered files promptly and report missing files, corrupted downloads, wrong formats, or obvious in-scope issues with clear screenshots and expected behavior.
